At AION, each piece of clothing is handcrafted by our skilled artisans in sweatshop-free environments such as Bali and California. We guarantee our garments are made with pride, love, and quality workmanship. However, because of our commitment to the craftsmen who make Aion possible, all items will vary slightly as a result of the unique and authentic style of their maker. 



AION is open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please expect 24-48 hours for us to process your orders. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 



An email confirmation will be sent to you to once your order has been shipped. If an item has been cancelled or backordered, information will be sent to you in a separate email. 



Along with our devotion to conscious consumerism, our goal is to provide customers with the best possible experience and to exceed product expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, please contact us at and we will assist you in resolving the matter to meet your needs.

-Please include a copy of your original invoice or order ID with first and last name and specify if you would like a refund or exchange.
-AION will accept unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise, with tags attached, within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact prior to returning merchandise. 
-Limited edition items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at anytime. 
-Aion reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

    In the event that your order was processed incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, AION will replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact via email at prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.
